Description

STATEMENT OF WORK Repair and Preventative Maintenance of Sterilizer VA New Jersey Healthcare System, East Orange Campus 1.Introduction The Facilities Management Service (138) at the VA New Jersey Healthcare System, East Orange Campus, seeks a contractor to repair and perform preventative maintenance on a Steris Eagle Sterilizer (model number Eagle 3000). 2.Background The Steris Eagle Sterilizer is used to clean and disinfect instruments and glassware in the Research Department at the VA New Jersey Healthcare System, East Orange Campus. 3.Contractor's Technical Ability The contractor shall ensure the services required for the repair and preventative maintenance of the Steris Eagle Sterilizer (model number Eagle 3000) is performed in accordance with Steris manufacturer's standards. 4.Period of Performance The contractor shall complete the services under this Statement of Work (SOW) in _20_ calendar days or less from the date of award, unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer (CO). If the contractor proposes an earlier completion date, and the Government accepts the contractor's proposal, the contractor's proposed completion date shall prevail. The work shall begin within _30_ calendar days of award, unless otherwise specified. Work at the Government site shall not take place on Federal holidays or weekends unless directed by the CO. 5.Place of Performance VA New Jersey Healthcare System, East Orange Campus 385 Tremont Avenue East Orange, NJ 07018
