ICBM TELEMETRY INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM (ITIPS) SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis: 1. NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought Synopsis to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. 1.1 The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 334118 which has a corresponding Size standard of 1000. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a) Service-Disabled Veteran­ Owned, HUBZone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar products offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. 2. Program Details: 516th SMXS software maintenance group is tasked with building a flight test instrument data collection and recording system (ITIPS) at Vandenberg Air Force Base. Some of the components and software which will be required is the Owl Cross Domain Solution (OCDS), and includes the following: Owl Cross Domain Solution One Way Data Transfer Solution: Supports up to 155 Mbps (15 MB/sec) transfer rate. Includes Owl's Secure Network Transfer System software application (SNTS), UDP transfer only. Contains isolated Send-only and isolated Receive-only Linux servers connected via Owl's Dual Diode communication cards connected via fiber optic link. Includes Secure Linux operating system and Owl's Role Based Access Control menu system (RBAC). Includes two 40GB solid state data disc drivers for file transfer, one disc per side of the OCDS. Annual Technical Services including: Technical Services option for Owl Cross Domain Solution Small Form Factor (OCDS-SFF). Support for (SNTS) UDP transfer only, isolated Send-only and isolated Receive-only Linux servers connected via Owl's Dual-Diode communication cards connected via fiber optic link. Support for secure Linux operating system and Owl's RBAC. Continued one year of hardware warranty and software technical services, hotline service and support. Software updates, installation and user manuals. 3. The Government requests interested parties to submit a brief statement of current capability to provide the telemetry and Data Systems. Can you provide these through GSA advantage? 9. What is the lead time of the units? 10. If your solution is not Owls solution, how is it cpacble of providing exactly same support? 11. Discusses any concerns you may have with our requirement or how you would be able to provide the units.
