- Attachment #13 Attachment #12 Attachment #11 Attachment #10 Attachment #9 Attachment #8 Attachment #7 Attachment #6 Attachment #5 Attachment #4 Attachment #3 Attachment #2 Attachment #1 The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) is seeking sources to provide the Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service (DCPAS) Hewlett Packard (HP) Proactive and Reactive maintenance and support for HP Orders and HP SAIDs. Background: The required maintenance support is for HP products such as servers, superdomes and associated components requiring HP software as part of a large complex architecture. Description of Service/Supplies: The contractor shall provide the following: (See Attachments 1 through 13 for required support, locations and quantities) Additional Information: This Sources Sought survey is a market research tool (FAR Part 10) being used to identify potential firms capable of providing the brand name products described herein. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to this Sources Sought. Elaborate proposals or pricing information are neither required nor desired. This notice is for informational purposes only; it is not a request for proposals nor should it be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for any effort expended into responding to this Sources Sought Announcement. Location Addresses; SATX Location: DCPDS Program Management Office 1777 NE Loop 410, Suite 300 San Antonio, TX 78217 DDC Location: LMBES Denver Data Center 1401 Del Norte Denver, CO 80221 DR Location: HP BCRS 555 Windward Parkway Alpharetta, GA 30004 THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR ALL OR NOTHING PRODUCTS and SERVICES. POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL BE AUTHORIZED HP RESELLERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS. A determination of the contract type, mechanism for procuring the supplies, and possible set-aside will not be made by the Government until after the market research has been completed. No proposals are being requested or accepted under this synopsis. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541519. Responses: Qualified companies are encouraged to respond. Responses should provide the following information in response to this Sources Sought Announcement: 1. Business name and address, 2. Name of company representative and his/her business title. 3. Business size as it relates to the NAICS code and size standard stated in this Sources Sought announcement. 4. Contract types typically used for these types of services/supplies (e.g. firm-fixed price) 5. Other contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of these services, to include General Service Administration (GSA) federal Supply Schedules to include GWAC, BPAs, and/or any other Department of Defense contracts. Respondents WILL NOT be notified of the results of this sources sought survey.
