THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO SMALL BUSINESSES. The Lebanon VA Medical Center is soliciting quotes under VA244-14-Q-1102 for the following: 'to provide 1 annual preventative maintenance inspection and unlimited service and repair of 5 Dornoch UL-DU500 Carts and 3 Dornoch EVAC UL-EV100 central pumps at the Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 S. Lincoln Ave, Lebanon PA 17042. Contractor is to furnish labor and materials and perform these services for the VA Medical Center in Lebanon, PA. The Solicitation documents will be available for download from the web https://www.fbo.gov on or about June 27, 2014. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. Offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package and subsequent amendments, if any. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation will NOT be honored. It is essential that interested parties register on the Interested Vendor Listing at https://www.fbo.gov, 'Interested Vendor List'. Individual copies of the Interested Vendor List WILL NOT be prepared nor distributed by the Contracting Officer. The solicitation amendments issued to the RFQ will be posted to the website and bidders are advised it is their responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all amendments. Paper copies of amendments will NOT be individually mailed. All requests for information or questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer via mail or by email: carl.devitz@va.gov no later than Close of Business, July 9th, 2013. No telephonic or fax requests will be honored. In accordance with FAR Part 36.204, the magnitude of this project is between $15,000 and $20,000 per year. NAICS Code 811219 with a small business size standard of $19 million. All offers will be due NLT 3:00 PM EST on July 9th, 2014. The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract for a base and three (3) option years resulting from this solicitation. Offerors must be listed as 'verified' in the Vendor Information Pages at www.vetbiz.gov at the time bids are submitted, and be currently registered including completing online Representations and Certifications at the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov.
