- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number/keyword is W911S214T3011. The successful Contractor shall provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Government Furnished Supplies (GFS), necessary to provide pest management services on Fort Drum, New York, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract type shall be quote mark Firm Fixed Price quote mark. This procurement is one hundred percent set-aside for Small Business concerns. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 561710, representations and certifications must also be on record. Both of these registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. SAM must be completed at the time of quote.
