- Solicitation The Contractor shall provide all engineering support, designing effort, all parts, labor, materials, tools and equipment, transportation, supervision and all operations identified in the Scope of Work (SOW) for Project No. ZNRE 15-1591, Renovate B714 O7 Office, Yokota Air Base, Japan. Perform all work indicated in the SOW, which will be included in the solicitation package. The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to: Furnish all parts, labor, materials, tools and equipment, transportation, supervision and all operations identified in these specifications for Project Number ZNRE 15-1591, Renovate B714 O7 Office, Yokota AB, Japan. Contractor shall verify existing conditions of B714 and provide design work prior to the construction. Provide reconfiguration for offices RM215, 216 converting them into an expanded office space for O7 office with an executive style interior. Provide all necessary associated work but not to be limited to the below to complete a fully functional office space. Repair all affected areas relating to this project area. The magnitude of this project is expected between Y2,598,598 and Y10,394,390 in accordance with FAR 36.204 (c), which means the Government's Cost Estimate falls in this magnitude. Selection will be based upon evaluation factors which will be stipulated on the solicitation package. For more details will be posted when determined. Please e-mail to the Point of Contact (POC) below to receive further information on the subject project. The site visit is scheduled on 8 July 14 at 1400 hours, JST. *Offirors are urged and expected to attend the site visit. If you need to attend the site visit, please make an appointment with the POC and come to the Gate 5 (Supply Gate) by 1330 hours to obtain the pass. You must bring the proper identification (valid passport or driver's lisence with 8 digits password). For the vehicle pass, please make sure you bring the proper ORIGINAL insurance docuemnts. Failure to provide the proper documentation may cause you not be able to enter the base. NOTE: THIS NOTICE IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 5.202(a)(12). LOCAL SOURCES ARE THOSE SOURCES NORMALLY RESIDENT, LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO CONDUCT CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS IN JAPAN. OFFERS FROM NON-LOCAL SOURCES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNDER THIS SOLICITATION.
