- List of NSNs on SPE7LX-14-R-0182 This procurement includes a group of items within the Federal Supply Class 2620. A list of NSNs is attached. This requirement is an unrestricted acquisition for an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for tire NSNs. Subject NSNs are being procured IAW manufacturers CAGE and Part Number. The Trade Agreement Act (TAA) is applicable to this acquisition. Current estimated annual demand quantities, FOB and Inspection and Acceptance information will be listed in the RFP. Unit of issue is each. The term will be a two-year base period with two, one-year options to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed four years. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 6/30/2014, and closes on 7/30/2014.
