Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials and transportation necessary to install two (2) Pacific Land Mobile Radio (PLMR) Omni Antennas on assigned mast on Building 6822, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. This is a one-time requirement. Period of performance is 18 August 2014 through 17 November 2014. This procurement is unrestricted.
