Description

Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego, Ca (FLCSD) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Rev. Anthony Berchmanz. The requirement is to provide Roman Catholic Ministry Program services in support of the mission and objectives of CNRSW chapel programs for Ventura, Port Hueneme Ca. No solicitation document exists. See Government-wide note 22. Any RC Ordained Priest that is certified and in good standing with his registered home Diocese or Religious Order, has the required Certifications and believes he can provide the stated services in the SOW is invited to submit written notification to the Contracting Officer.. No telephone requests will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however a determination by the government not to compete the proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, FLCSD will proceed with the sole source award. FLCSD POC: is: Frances Cardozo, frances.cardozo@navy.mil. REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED UPON BID SUBMISSION 1. Endorsement and Faculties of the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA 2. Ecclesiastical endorsement from applicant's incardinated Diocese or Religious Community 3. Letter of Good Standing from applicant's Diocesan Bishop or Religious Superior The compliance with the Dallas Charter's Protection of Children and Youth is included within the priest's approval letter and Letter of Good Standing from his diocese or religious community. Letter of recommendation from previous employment.
