- Solicitation Solicitation Amendment 0001 Attachment 1 - Purchase Description & Technical Evaluation Criteria Attachment 2 - Past Performance Attachment 4 - Figure 1 Attachment 3 - Table 1 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N00024-14-T-2215 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-73 (effective 29 April 2014). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336612 "Boat Building" and is being solicited under full and open competition. This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) procurement for ten (10) 4.7-meter inflatable boats, Unique Item Identification (UID), and Provisioned Item Order (PIO) spares. Please refer to the solicitation and attachments for the complete Statement of Work (SOW) and all other requirements, clauses and provisions. In accordance with Section L of the attached solicitation, all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted to Derek Sopp (SEA 02222) at derek.sopp@navy.mil no later than 10 business days prior to the closing date of the RFP. Please refer to the solicitation and attachments for additional direction.
