- Solicitation HC1028-14-T-0082 Attachment 8 - Scenario TR for CLIN 0004 Attachment 7 - Call History Attachment 6 - Evaluation Table Attachment 5 - Bid Format Sheet Attachment 4 - Salient Characteristics Attachment 3 - Past Performance References Attachment 2 - Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement This contract shall provide a transitional maintenance of existing security system; design and installation of a new security system upgrade; with follow-on maintenance of new security system. Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) will be for security system upgrade, preventative maintenance (PM), emergency maintenance (EM), unscheduled maintenance (non-emergency service calls) to the existing and new security system and realignment, additions and modifications. The installed system will be modified as needed over the period of performance of the contract in order to continue to provide a fully functional system that meets all current security and operational requirements. The Period of Performance is for a base and four option years.
