Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Item #1 Ethical Hacker Training Contact Information Amber Gibbs Contract Specialist USPFO, Colorado (720) 847-8336 Amber.N.Gibbs2.Ctr@mail.mil This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, and supplemental information included in this notice. The Colorado National Guard will be awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33 Effective on June 15, 2009. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The Colorado Army National Guard is looking for a to provide a 5 day onsite training session for 10 students for EC-Council CEH and Information Assurance Certification Review Board (IACRB) CPT. Training is to occur onsite at 6848 S Revere Pkwy, Centennial CO 80112 sometime before the end of August. Five days of training with a certified security expert, bringing real-world field experience and insight to the students. Courseware must be provided to all students and include pre-study books within 7 days of contract approval or 14 days prior to training, mobile laptops to use during training and any additional course materials needed for EC-Council CEH and IACRB CPT training. Students must receive exam vouchers for CEH v8 and CPT certification exam with exam delivery onsite for EC-Council CEH and IACRB CPT at the conclusion of training. Students must receive personal, one-on-one mentoring by the course instructor. The Colorado Army National Guard (COARNG) must receive a 100% class re-sit guarantee to ensure students that do not pass exams may attend another public boot camp or live online training session at no additional cost. A 100% human capital guarantee in the event that someone with the COARNG leaves employment within 3 months of the training, their replacement will be re-trained at public boot camp or live online training session at no additional cost. These details must be acknowledged in all quotes. Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for additional details of the requirement. This solicitation will end on Wednesday July16th 2014 @ 1700 MST. Quotes received after this time will not be accepted. The government will review each contractor's quotes and award based on the lowest price technically acceptable. All questions need to be emailed to Amber Gibbs by Wednesday July 9th @ 1700 EST and will be posted as a modification document to this solicitation.
