- The Federal Aviation Administration, Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI)located at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center Oklahoma City, Oklahoma has a requirement for a Gas Chromatography/Fourier Transform Infra-Red Spectroscopy (GC/FTIR), Scanning Infra-red (IR) microscope and Associated Software. Amendment 1 to the RFQ is to post Q&A's. 1. Should sample compartment accessories (ATR accessory, liquid cell, etc.), be included? Answer: Yes, please include the standard compartment accessories necessary to analyze powders, liquids, solids & gasses. 2. The current request lists a 150,000 spectrum library. This is a very expensive option. There are comprehensive data bases that (HaveItAll from Bio-Rad) require subscription. Is this an option? Answer: No, a subscription database will not be considered. 3. Is it possible that the deadline be extended a few days?
