- Questions and Answers for Solicitation NIHCC-R-009917 ********************** AMENDMENT 0001 ******************** The purpose of Amendment 0001 for NIHCC-R-009917 is to do following: 1. Provide responses to questions as attachment labeled 'Questions and Answers for Solicitation NIHCC-R-009917'. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAINS UNCHANGED. ************************************************************ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-74. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION AND A SEPARATE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this acquisition is NIHCC-R-009917 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 611710. This will be awarded as Firm-Fixed Price, Full and Open Competitive Procurement. The Government intends to issue an Indefinite- Delivery, Indefinite- Quantity (IDIQ), task order oriented Contract. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHMENTS FOR THE ENTIRE RFP PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. QUESTIONS DEADLINE: Interested offerors shall submit questions electronically via email to Daytona.philpotts@nih.gov no later than June 26, 2014, 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. Collect calls will not be accepted. No Phone Calls Please. PROPOSAL DUE: All proposals are due, electronically to Daytona.philpottts@nih.gov no later than July 14, 2014, 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
