Description

This acquisition is a sole source requirement with Universal Propulsion Company Inc, 3530 Branscombe Road, Fairfield CA 94533 for Ordnance Assessment Testing (OAT) for MF 69 Initiator which determines effects of aging and surveillance requirements. This request for quote (RFQ) N00174-14-T-0088 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. Offeror is ineligible for award unless registered in DOD's System for Award Management (SAM at http://www.sam.gov ) with completed and up to date representations and certifications for NAICS Code 325920, Size Standard 750 employees, within Online Representations and Certifications Application (OCRA at http://www.orca.bpn.gov ) and (BPN at http://www.bpn.go ).
