- Statement of Need RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is F2M3CB4062AQ01 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect though Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75 and DFARS change notice 20140624. This is a notice that this order is a total set-aside for a small business concern. Only quotes submitted by a small business concern will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. This NAICS code is 333111 and the size standard is 500 employees. This is a requirement for Buffalo Turbine sprayer/duster.
