Description

This solicitation will contain 2 NSNs (3110-01-492-0223 BEARING, BALL, ANNULAR and 3110-01-478-7551 BEARING, ROLLER, NEEDLE). This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite delivery purchase order under commercial procedures. NSN 3110-01-492-0223 is manufactured to "SKF USA INC. DWG & P/N: 6311-2RS1C3/GHY Configuration Controlled Drawing." Approved Source: SKF USA INC. DBA 52676 P/N 6311-2RS1C3/GHY. NSN 3110-01-478-7551 has two approved sources: SKF USA INC. 1HXL8 P/N NK 60/25 and OSHKOSH CORPORATION DBA 45152 P/N 3043372. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Unrestricted procurement. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. The required delivery for 3110-01-492-0223 is 48 days ARO. The required delivery for 3110-01-478-7551 is 56 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). The IDPO will be effective for a base period of three years with the option to extend the term of the contract for an option period of two years. The estimated annual quantity for 3110-01-478-7551 is 7,529 each. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 1,882 each (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 1,882 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 3,765 each. The estimated annual quantity for 3110-01-492-0223 is 39 each. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 10 each (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 10 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 20 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 7 JUL 14 (anticipated closing date of 15 JUL 14), anticipated award date is July 31, 2014. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
