- Responses to Questions Updated SOW NSWC Corona, Measurement Science Department has 4.9 million pages of paper documents that need to be converted to optical character recognition formatted Adobe pdf files. The documents are currently stored in expansion pocket folders. In many cases, prepossessing will be necessary to prepare the documents for scanning. Please see Statement of Work for clearification. This acquisition is a firm-fixed price and solicited as 100% set-aside for small businesses. This is an all-or-none requirement. Partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The government will award a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the solicitation and is most advantageous to the government based on lowest price, technically acceptable. Please see section 3 and 5 for exact specifications for this requirement. Items quoted must meet ALL the specifications called out in section 3 and 5. The associated North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this procurement is 518210 with an associated small business size standard of $30 Million. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Quotes from any business that is not a small business will be deemed unacceptable and will not be considered. Quotes must be valid for thirty (30) days after due date. Any amendment(s) issued to this RFQ will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement. Please specify the items you are quoting on. Vendor must provide specifications regarding their quote. Update - On 15 July 2014 there will be a Site Visit that will start at 10 am pacific standard time and will last approximately one hour. The session will be held at CSC, 2727 Hamner Ave, Norco, CA 92860. Vendors will not be allowed to ask any questions from any personnel at the session. All questions following the session will need to be sent via email to graham.m.conlon@navy.mil no later than 4pm Pacific Standard Time on July 17 2014.
