- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Contracting Office, Post, Texas is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services and mental health treatment services. The location where services are to be provided should be with a vendor located within a ten (10) mile radius of the U.S. Post Office located at 2656 N. Teutonia Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53206 and accessible to local public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on December 1, 2014 with four (4) one-year option periods, with services ending (if all option years are exercised) on November 30, 2019. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively. Base Year: Estimated number of inmates 80: Substance Abuse Intake Assessment & Report - 1 each (per inmate) x 60 inmates = 60 each Substance Abuse Individual Counseling - (30 minutes = 1 session) - 48 sessions (per inmate) x 60 inmates = 2,880 sessions Substance Abuse Group Counseling - (30 minutes = 1 session) - 72 sessions (per inmate) x 60 inmates = 4,320 sessions Family Counseling - (30 minutes = 1 session) - 8 sessions (per inmate) x 6 inmates = 48 session Client Transportation - The request for quotation will be available on or after August 20, 2014 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions.
