- Synopsis Solicitation. Statement of work to be completed. Item - Full Service Hotel and Conference Center Marc Zurasky Procurement Technician USPFO, Colorado 80011 (720) 847-8391 marc.r.zurasky.mil@mail.mil This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, and supplemental information included in this notice. The Colorado National Guard will be awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33 Effective on June 15, 2009. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The Colorado Army National Guard is looking to rent:  A Full Service Hotel and Conference Center That Allows Catering. See Attached Statement of Work, For Full Item Description. Period of Performance: 2-3 August 2014 Quotes need to include CAGE Code or DUNS number. Place of performance: Denver Tech Center (DTC) south to Castle Rock to include Parker and Lone Tree areas. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 and the business size standard is $30.0. This solicitation will end on July 10, 2014; 05:00 pm MST. Quotes received after this time will not be accepted. The government will review each contractor's capability to determine which contractor is best suited to meet the government's needs.
