- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. When submitting your quote and you are unable to upload into ASFI/FedBizOpps, contact me first (see contact information below). Please provide the following items when responding to this solicitation: -DUNS# -CAGE Code -TAX ID# (TIN) -Discount Terms (i.e. Net 30) -Delivery Time -Contact Information (Name, Telephone Number, Fax Number, and Email) -Any Shipping Cost -Business Size -Payment will be made by electronic payment through wide area workflow (WAWF) -Any Shipping Cost (Please Note: Shipping cost will not be included in the award or paid after receiving the invoice if it is not listed on the quote/proposal) If an equal to, please submit specifications and a brochure for a technical review. This will be evaluated on lowest price technically accepted (LPTA). Technically Acceptable: The contractor shall provide a quote for the items listed. The items must be identical or technically equal to the items listed in the Minimum Essential Characteristics. Price: The cost is the least important when compared to technically acceptable and past performance. Cost may become the determining factor as proposals are determined to be technically equal. The 6-well plate must have the following characteristics or features: a. Must have flat bottom to form a consistently even monolayer of cells. b. Must be cell culture treated for optimal cell attachment. c. Must be Gamma irradiation sterilized for use in aseptic environments. d. Must have a uniform molding for ease of stacking. e. Must have nonreversible lids with condensation rings to reduce contamination. f.Must have numbering for individual well identification.
