- AMENDMENT 1 Amendment 1 to this Synopsis/Solicitation is issued to provide details regarding the Pre-Proposal Conference. The Pre-Proposal Conference is to be held on July 16, 2014 at 9:00am in Fort Worth, Texas. Interested firms are encouraged to attend in person. Interested firms unable to attend in person will have the opportunity to participate remotely via teleconference. Specific Pre-Proposal Conference Details: When : July 16, 2014 at 9:00am Central Standard Time Where : Fritz G. Lanham Federal Building 819 Taylor Street, Room 4A14H (The Texas Room) Fort Worth, TX. 76102 Special Considerations: The Lanham Federal Building is located in Downtown Fort Worth.Street meter parking and Parking Lots with daily rates are available. Be sure to allow enough time to find a parking spot. Participants will be required to enter through security upon entering the Lanham Federal Building. Be advised to allow time to go through routine security checkpoints. Remote Participation: If you are unable to attend in person, and would like to join the Pre-Proposal Conference remotely, contact David Holland, Contract Specialist, at david.e.holland@gsa.gov no later than 3:00 pm CST Friday July 11, 2014. David Holland will email all interested parties with a teleconference number and information necessary for remote participation.
