- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE TO SOLICIT A SERVICE CONTRACT TO PROVIDE SERVICES - BULK REFUSE RECEPTACLES, TRASH TRUCKS, REFUSE AND CLEANING FOR AREA LAKES - BELTON, STILLHOUSE, GEORGETOWN AND GRANGER LAKES, U.S. ARMY CORPS. OF ENGINEERS (USACE) CAPITAL REGION OFFICE (CRO), TEXAS. This will be a Competitive Small Business Solicitation for a new contract for recreation facility and infrastructure grounds cleaning and bulk refuse collection and removal for CRO, Texas. A new contract will be solicited in order to provide interim cleaning and refuse removal services for three months. The logistics shall require coordination with USACE staff located at CRO, Texas. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform cleaning, temporary portable toilet, refuse disposal, and minor maintenance services. This is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. The NAICS code is 561720. FSC code is S201. Once the solicitation is released, to be eligible to receive a Government contract award, a firm must be registered in the Official U.S. Government system, System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov. Period of Performance: 01 October 2014 to 31 December 2014.
