- 1. SCOPE. This contract is to provide Bumper to Bumper Premium maintenance Service Agreement for the Nortisu D703-1 Dry Photo Printer. 2. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE. Services required under this task order shall be performed at the Photo Studio, 290 Grant Avenue, Fort Leavenworth, KS 66027. TASK 1. Provide Unlimited Labor required for repair of printer. TASK 2: Provide Unlimited Parts required for repair. These parts must be ordered and install by Noritsu Technical Service personnel or by a Noritsu authorized third party provider. TASK 3: Provide unlimited FREE access to NAC's Customer Service Desk (Hotline) TASK 4: Provide Free quote mark Priority Shipping quote mark for emergency repair parts. Parts shall arrive by 1030 am the following business day. TASK 5: Provide Free Software Upgrades. 4. This is an annually renewed service contract. 5. Contractor will be required to respond in a timely manner to make any repair.
