- Amendment 03 The General Services Administration announces the solicitation for a contractor to provide Fire Alarm Maintenance and Inspection Services at the Lee Hamilton Federal Building in New Albany, Indiana. The scope of work consists of, but is not strictly limited to the following: The Contractor shall provide all Management, Supervision, Labor, Materials, Supplies, Repair Parts, Tools and Equipment for the services described in this solicitation including inspection, testing, and maintenance of all fire protection systems. This contract is being solicited as a one year contract, with four additional option periods of one year each. This procurement is a total Small Business Set Aside. Funds are currently available. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 561621. This is negotiated, firm fixed price procurement; there will NOT be a public bid opening. The solicitation will be available on or about May 9 th, 2014 ; the actual date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation cited above can only be obtained by accessing a secure website known as FedBizOpps(FBO). FedBizOpps is a secure website designed to safeguard sensitive but unclassified (SBU) acquisition information. In order to obtain information from FedBizOpps, you will first be required to register with SAM (System for Award Management). You may access SAM at the following URL, www.sam.gov. Once you register with SAM you will be required to register with FedBizOpps. You may access FedBizOpps via the following URL, www.fbo.gov. Specifications, Drawings and other related documents cannot be downloaded until you have registered under both sites. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring the website for amendment(s), if any to the solicitation. Offer due date and time for receipt of proposals will be on, or about July 9 th, 2014 at 3:00pm(CST).
