- Bureau of Land Management, Department of the Interior, Colorado State Office, Lakewood, Colorado has a requirement for road maintenance, located in various counties in Colorado. The work consists of furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to maintain roads, as designated by the contract. Part of the work shall be completed by motor grader and paid for the mile and part of the work shall be completed by crawler tractor w/ripper and paid for by the hour. The solicitation shall be set aside for Small Business Set Aside. NAICS code is 237990, (Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction ); size standard is $33.5 million. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. It is anticipated the solicitation package will be issued approximately July 7, 2014.
