- CDRL AMENDMENT This Synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood the FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) issued a solicitation for a TSM Spar Buoy which closed 27 May 2014, for the design, development, manufacture and testing of a Spar - Tactical Sensor Mast (TSM) - a moored platform with GFM sensors, including a backhaul data communication system, associated program management, system documentation and test support requirements. The Statement of Work (SOW) included hardware production, factory acceptance testing and up to six (6) months of field tests This amendment deletes the previous Statement of Work and supercedes it with the enclosed statement of work: Add Attachment (1) here please. Contract Data Requirements List (DD Form 1423-1) CDRL A008 'Corrosion Prevention and Control Plan is added to the requirement/solicitation. Please add Attachment (2) here. An amendment is being issued immediately with the changes described herein, and the closing date is extended to 21 July 2014 @ 12:00 NOON. All qualified offerors are encouraged to review the original solicitation and this amendment in full and respond by the date specified with their proposals. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS Code associated with this requirement is 334511 with the size standard of 750 employees.
