Request for Quote (RFQ) Attachment 0002 - Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) Attachment 0001 - Drawings, A3014040-9 Exhibit A - Statement of Work (SOW) This is a Request for Quote f or a One Time Buy (Spot-Buy), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), for the following item: NSN: 5995-01-300-9324 Nomenclature: Cable Assembly, C2 Power Drawing No: A3014040-9 NAICS Code: 335931 This requirement supports the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles Project. FOB destination and inspection at origin is required. The shipping destination will be: DODAAC: W25G1U W1BG DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland Facility 2001 Normandy Drive Door 113 to 134 New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002 Commercial Packaging and delivery of 2000 (two-thousand) each. FAR Part 13 procedures will be used for this acquisition. This solicitation will be competed as a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. First Article Testing (FAT) is required. Offerors shall submit documentation to prove that they are exempt from the FAT requirements, as the Government Representative will make the final determination. Additionally, offerors shall submit proposals along with a Request for Waiver of First Article Testing Requirements (See DLAD 52.209-9019). The required delivery is 150 Each, 120 Days after Contract (DAC), with FAT Requirements. The required delivery is 150 Each, 90 Days after Contract (DAC), without FAT Requirements. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
