- Provisions and Clauses Wage Determination Price Schedule Statement of Work SF1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and following the simplified acquisition procedures in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED; however the Statement of Work, SF1449, Price Schedule of Line Items, Wage Determination, and Provisions and Clauses are attached. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-74. Solicitation number DKVZ14TW000V is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Firms submitting a proposal must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the closing date for receipt of proposals. Registration information is available https://www.sam.gov/index.html/#1 The applicable NAICS code is: 425120; size standard - 100 employees. This is a local area set aside and only those responses with a physical address within a thirty (30) mile radius of Zip Code 76221, Wichita, Kansas will be considered. This solicitation is for vehicle marshaling services as follows: Marshalling Services- New, Exchange, or Re-Assigned Vehicle The majority of GSA marshaling service requirements will be a one-for-one vehicle exchange. Each new vehicle received may have an exchange vehicle to be turned in that will be sale eligible, or available for reassignment. GSA does, however, order additional vehicles which will not have a vehicle to turn in for exchange for the new vehicle. In addition, there are circumstances where a vehicle will be turned in for sale or reassignment, and there will not be a new vehicle ordered for the exchange. Offers are being solicited under the following scenarios: • (a) Marshaling services - new/additional vehicle marshaling • (b) Marshaling services - exchange vehicle marshaling • (c) Marshaling services - reassignment vehicle • (d) Marshaling services - new vehicle marshaling with exchange vehicle (a + b) • (e) Transportation services - Flat rate up to 30 miles from contractor - per mile rate over 30 miles. Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable proposal that receives an acceptable rating on past performance. Award will be for a base period of one (1) year with two (2) one year option periods.
