Description

STATEMENT OF WORK, EXHIBIT A SPRBL1-14-T-0027, SOLICITATION This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for NSN 7025-01-628-4384, P/N 9800-13950-0512, Disk Drive Unit. The NAICS Code for this item is 334111. The manufacturer/authorized supplier is DRS Tactical Systems, Inc. (CAGE: 1RWE7), 1110 W. Hibiscus Blvd., Melbourne, FL 32901-2704. Based on market research, this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the procedures outlined in FAR Part 12 for this end item. This RFQ is being issued using FAR 13 procedures. The estimated quantity to be procured is 198 Each. Items will be shipped to DoDAAC (W25G1U), New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. There are no options for this requirement. FOB Destination and Inspection at Origin are required. To be eligible for award, all offers must submit documentation evidencing they can, in fact, supply the Army with these items from the supplier listed above. Examples include purchase orders or statement for the supplier. This procurement is not subject to a Small Business Set-Aside (unrestricted procurement). The required delivery is 70 Each, 120 Days after Contract (DAC). Items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the U.S. by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. All parties interested in doing business with Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) (ACC - APG (C4ISR)) are invited to access the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi?ASFI_FAQ.cfm Upon accessing this web page, look for the tab titled quote mark ASFI for Industry quote mark.
