- Draft Statement of Work The 764th Specialized Contracting Squadron (764 SCONS) is conducting a market survey for interested parties for computerized flight planning in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). Your feedback is valued and may be used to finalize a more efficient acquisition of the required services. Please review the attached Draft SOW and respond in accordance with the below guidance if interested. This is NOT an Invitation for Bid (IFB) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). This Request for Information (RFI) is part of ongoing Government conducted market research for planning purposes; it is NOT a solicitation. A solicitation is not being issued at this time and this notice shall be not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation. The Government will not provide reimbursement for costs associated with this request. Responses will be treated as information only and will not be used as a proposal. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this RFI is strictly voluntary; responses will not be returned. The information obtained from industries responses to this notice may be used in the development of an acquisition strategy and a future RFP. The submitted documentation, upon delivery, becomes the property of the US Government and will not be returned. Interested contractors should specifically address the following issues in their responses: 1) The availability of Flight Performance Modules (FPM)or equivalents for the provided fleet 2) The ability to chart between civilian and military locations and compatibility with the Unitied States Air Force Global Decision Support System and computers on board the fleet 3) The ability to identify airspace issues at a minimum of 12 nautical miles
