- Solicitation SPE4A6-14-R-2003 / 0053158047 / NSN 5975-01-320-7363 / Protector, Electrical Cable / Quantity: 23 each. DLA Aviation does currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for this NSN. To obtain a copy, go to the DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and you will be able to download the drawings. If there is specs and standards only, there will be a link to the Assist Homepage where you can obtain these. This will be available when the solicitation is issued. If a problem exists in getting the drawings or specs, you may call the Customer Service Desk at (804)279-3477. Please do not submit requests for the Technical Data to the Contract Specialist. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to awrd a Firm Fixed Price contract. No quantity option will be included. This requirement is restricted to 100% Small Business Set-Aside under the negotiated method of Procurement. All responsible offerors may submit an offer which will be considered. The Government will award a contract from this RFP to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the soliciation will be most advantageous to the Government in price and past performance considered. Note to Internet Subscribers: Electroknic Bulletin Board (EBB) and Internet Quoting System (IQS) proposals will not be accepted for this RFP under formal Large procurement procedures. A copy of the solicitation will be avialable via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. FOB: Origin - First Destination Transporation (FDT) program. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 FOB Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Orignating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website ( http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/ ). Solicitation will be issued on or about July 25, 2014.
