- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Lee, VA announces an opportunity for a small business set-aside, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) task order contract for Tree Maintenance and Landscaping (Pruning, cutting, and chipping stumps). Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform tree maintenance and landscaping. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. This acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730. The Small Business Administration size standard is $7 Million. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. The base period will be 29 September 2014 through 28 September 2015 with four (4) one-year option year periods. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR BIDS (RFB) AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis, the pending solicitation or any follow up information requests. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov on or about August 5, 2014. A scheduled site visit will be released at that time. No hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any, will be provided. To receive the entire solicitation package and any applicable amendments, prospective offerors must download them from the FedBizOpps website.
