The government believes that Geotech is the only source capable of fulfilling its requirements due to the fact that Geotech is manufacturer and is the only one capable of providing parts and materials for their proprietary equipment used as part of the International Monitoring System. The attached Sole Source Justification has been made available for review. No solicitation documents exists at this time. This items utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 334519. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that Geotech is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
