- This is a pre-solicitation notice for RFP VA741-14-Q-0210 for Department of Veteran Affairs to obtain the services of a Database for SOPs, which replaces the Pre-solicitation Notice for RFQ VA741-14-Q-0133. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov on approximately 10 July 2014. No paper copies will be issued. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website at http://www.sam.gov/. All responsible Small Businesses may submit a proposal to be considered by the Denver PCO Office. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
