- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Port Hueneme Division (PHD) intends to issue a solicitation for circuit card assemblies in August 20 14. Requirement includes 24 EA circuit card assemblies for the support and sustainment of the Aegis Baseline 7.2A. The TGA-100 Graphic CCA is DMS, and is a component in the DTS-1 ORTS Console. The Government anticipates award of one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The procurement is 100% set-aside for small business only. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334418. NAICS size standard is 500 employees. Pricing is to be based on FOB Destination to NSWC PHD, Port Hueneme, CA 93043. Requirements and evaluation procedures will be listed in the solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned prior to the solicitation closing date and time. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation. Questions should be submitted via email to: casie.marriage @navy.mil. Failure to respond to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) and associated amendments, if applicable, prior to closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies and/or services. However, interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirements with a commercial item within fifteen (15) days of this notice.
