Description

USFS NFNC Restroom Repairs Cheoah Ranger District Tsali/Rattleford Campground. The US Forest Service has a requirement to demolish and construct a restroom facility at the Tsali/Rattleford Campround at the Cheoah Ranger District, Graham & Swain Counties North Carolina. The Project is located at the Tsali Campground off State Highway 28, 15 miles north-east of Robbinsville, NC. The magnitude of the contract will be: FAR 36.204 (b) Between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 FAR 52.228-13 Alternative Payment Protections (Jul 2000) A Payment Bond will also be required prior to the start of work. The entire Solicitation Package will be posted on 07/18/2014. In order to be eligble for contract award, contractors must have an "Active" status in the System for Awards Management Database. www.SAM.gov
