- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase Mobile Emergency Operations Center (MEOC) upgrades to existing equipment. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72, effective 30 January 2014. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 517410. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $30 million. The required equipment are as follows: *1 each, TS1250P4, Satellite Fly Away Auto Deploy Pack-In-The-Box Case: Segmented 4 piece Carbon Fiber Removable Reflector - in 2 cases. *1 each, ACU LRI, 1RU TracStar Controller Interface (ACU). *1 each, standard 100 foot IFL/control Cables. *1 each, X5, iDirect X5 Modem. *1 each, NJT5127F, 6W Ku-Band Block Upconverter BUC. *1 each, 1107HA, LNB PLL receiver. *1 each, RS-1215-RA, 1U Rackmount Power Strip with 12 Right-Angle Outlets and 15-ft.
