- Return Packet Solicitation Package The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement for Reforestation Services (Tree Planting) for Lakeside Ranger District. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract under the Request For Quotation (RFQ) format using the evaluation factors in Section M. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code 115310 applies to this procurement for which the Small Business size standard is $7.0 Million. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov The solicitation packages, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after July 11, 2014, and will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. No Telephone requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. Offers may be submitted in electronic format by email to: wabbott@fs.fed.us The Closing Date for responses to the RFQ shall be July 28, 2014, 4:00 p.m. local time
