This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), MD 21005, intends to solicit and award a multiple Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contracts for Army requirements of software licenses and software maintenance/support agreements.
