- ANNOUNCEMENT The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, has a requirement to convert an unusually long air system into separate zones. The system will need to be converted into at least 3 distinct zones. The purpose is to provide a robust and dependable system, each zone then needs to automatically connect or disconnect with the other zones. The goal of this acquisition is to convert two existing six-inch Kennedytm air valves to zone control valves by retrofitting them in place. The work is located at Grand Coulee Dam. The Grand Coulee Dam is located 180 miles E of Seattle, 100 miles W of Spokane, in Grand Coulee, Washington. Contractors shall provide all supplies, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary for completion of the subject project. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this project is 237990. The small business size standard applicable to this project is $33.5 million. The order of magnitude for this project is between $75,000 and $175,000. This procurement is being advertised as a Hubzone Set-Aside. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible Hubzone Businesses. Prospective contractors shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the award of any contract.
