Description

Solicitation Appendix E Appendix D Appendix C Appendix B, Attachment 3 Appendix B, Attachment 2 Appendix B, Attachment 1 Contract Admin Plan Navy Medicine is seeking to acquire high density shelving to implement a two-bin Kanban supply replenishment process for Naval Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF). This pre-solicitation notice is to inform industry that the Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) intends to release solicitation number N62645-14-R-0055 no later than 15 July 2014. The requirement will be fulfilled via a small business set-aside acquisition. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 337215 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This solicitation is by electronic means only - no hard copies will be mailed to offerors. The official release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and all amendments will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at WWW.FBO.gov. To receive consideration, vendors must be eligible as a small business under this NAICS code and registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
