Description

AWARD NOTICE: Solicitation VA263-14-Q-3657 Contract VA263-14-C-0123 has been awarded to Schumacher Elevator, Denver, Iowa, in the amount of $56,976 for Elevator Maintenance Services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services identified below, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation VA-263-14-Q-3657 is being issued as a Small-Business set-aside Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333921 with the small business size standard of 500 Employees. The Iowa City VA Health Care System located in Iowa City, Iowa, has a requirement to procure commercial elevator maintenance services for a Base Year period 07/01/2014 - 6/30/2015 with four (4) Option Years. Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, equipment, materials and parts for inspection, preventative maintenance and emergency repairs and safety tests of the designated equipment.
