Synopsis: Portland VA Medical Center, Portland, OR intends to procure two (2) Respiratory Panel Rapid Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) instruments, US Configuration, FDA approved 510(k) clearance. Please see the Salient Characteristics in solicitation for essential physical, functional, and other characteristics that have been deemed essential in meeting the governments need and are the minimum acceptable specifications. This procurement is not restricted, full and open competition. All Offerors must be registered in SAM at https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
