N6328514SU00312 This is a special notice to acknowledge that Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Sole Source contract to ORCHESTR8, LLC at 2300 15th St Suite 320 Denver, CO 80202 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one source. The proposed acquisition is to purchase Alchemy API License Renewal Subscription. Orchestr8, LLC is the manufacturer of the Alchemy Application Programming Interface (API) which evaluates web pages using forms of analysis and they do not have any authorized resellers. This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511210. The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government.
