The purpose of this amendment is to change the FAR Clause (s) in paragraph 1 (one) of Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number VA249-14-Q-0707. The first paragraph should read as such: This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written Solicitation will not be issued. This is a Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside requirement only qualified offers may submit bids. All other terms and conditions of the original Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number remain the same.
