- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Massachusetts City:Springfield Delineated Area:Metro Center Business District. (ABOA):1,168 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):1 Parking Spaces (Surface):0 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):1 Full Term:5 years Firm Term:5 years Option Term:N/A Additional Requirements:•Space shall be contiguous on one floor. The Government currently occupies office and related space in Springfield, Mass., under a lease that will expire. Any competing space shall have the ability to be ready for occupancy no later than April 5, 2015. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1)Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2)CAD drawing of space offered. 3)ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (ABOA SF) 4)Rentable Square Feet Offered (RSF) 5)Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 6)Estimated full service rental rate, inclusive of a $13.49 per ABOA SF tenant improvement allowance. 7)Number of parking spaces available on the premises. 8)Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
