- This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal. The intent of this notice is to notify potential offerors that the 409th Contracting Support Brigade's Theater Contracting Center in Kaiserslautern, Germany intends to solicit and award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) CLINs for Intelligence Technical Services Support to provide timely intelligence for Army operations throughout the AOR to enhance conduct of operations and support Force Protection of forces deployed in contingency operations, such as ongoing military operations. In an attempt to avert future questions that may arise, the Government is requesting comments/suggestions/concerns/questions regarding the draft Performance Work Statement attached. Please provide all responses to Ann.m.petenalboyle.civ@mail.mil no later than (give 30 days) The acquisition will be unrestricted: All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the government. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. Prospective offerors must have or obtain a DUNS number http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform, be registered with SAM website https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM, Wide Area Work Flow https://wawf.eb.mil/. Perspective offerors are responsible for monitoring the ASFI and/or FedBizOpps websites for release of the solicitation package and downloading the solicitation package, any amendments, and any other pertinent information.
