- The model contract has been administratively updated by deleting the outdated provision FAR 52.212-01 (JUL 2013). Additionally FAR 52.212-01(e) (APR 2014) is updated to deconflict the original language. A pre-proposal conference telecon to clarify questions regarding this RFP will take place on 24 July 2014 at 10:00 PDT.
