- GSA527 Contractor's Qualifications and Financial Information SF1442 with Clause and Davis Bacon Wage Statement of Work Solicitation - Simplified Acquisition Construction Contract The contract work shall include all labor and materials to install advanced metering system components to provide a "Turn Key" installation of an "Advanced," metering system. Components to be furnished and installed include electrical, natural gas, and domestic water meters, and associated interface with the GSA national advanced metering system network and building BMS. Test installed meters, system components and provide training at Binghamton Federal Building Courthouse 15 Henry St. Binghamton, NY Site visit One and Only is scheduled for July 29, 2014 at 2:00pm EST For further information, please call Normand Gauthier (518) 728-0911 All proposals must be submitted on SF 1442 This procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside.
